For Valentines Day, I made a yummy cake. I found the recipe from this
website. The chocolate cake was from scratch (no boxes!). It was light and airy with a delicious chocolate glaze on top. The raspberry sauce was too runny. Next time I won't add as much water (or any), but maybe add more of the raspberry liqueur! It was easy to make; not many ingredients, but quite a few steps.
Kory really enjoyed it, but was too camera-shy to show his smiling face! He thought it tasted like brownies, but I told him it wasn't chewy enough to be brownies.
